TOPRA has been confirmed as an Association Partner for AfriSummit for a second year running. Taking place on 3-6 November 2024 in Cairo, Egypt, AfriSummit is a prominent conference and summit dedicated to addressing the challenges and opportunities facing pharma and medical device regulations in Africa. Early bird tickets are available until 31 August 2024.

AfriSummit has been designed to become the foremost platform dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and the cultivation of thought leadership within the field of regulatory affairs across Africa. Its overarching goal is to collaboratively forge a resilient and robust regulatory framework that ensures timely and equitable access to safe and efficacious medications. By achieving this, it will drive substantial advancements in healthcare, significantly contributing to the overall well-being and health equity across the continent.

Over two hybrid streams, PharmaReg (3-4 November) and MedDevReg (5-6 November), AfriSummit will provide a forum for sharing best practice, showcasing innovative solutions, and highlighting success stories from the pharmaceuticals and medical devices sectors. Meanwhile, the event’s onsite streams, PV AfriSummit (5-6 November) and eCTD AfriSummit, will provide specialised training in pharmacovigilance and electronic Common Technical Documents (eCTD).

As an Association Partner, TOPRA has also arranged for members to get 20% discount on AfriSummit 2024 registration fees – please email us at membership@topra.org for more information.
