Annual Membership Survey Prize Draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is TOPRA, Registered Office: 6th Floor, 3 Harbour Exchange, South Quay, London, E14 9GE, UK.
2. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. One entry is made for each survey completed. Multiple completions of survey by the same person will be counted as one entry.
4. This prize is open to Members, Honorary Members, and Fellows of TOPRA but excludes TOPRA staff.
5. The prize draw period will run from 29 September 2017 to 29 October 2017. Entries must be received by midnight (BST) on 29 October 2017. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
6. The prize is: An Amazon Echo, Black
7. The winner will be selected electronically at random from the eligible entries received by the 29 October 2017.
8. The prize draw winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw using the email address or phone number provided. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication regarding delivery/acceptance of the prizes. In the case that TOPRA is unable to contact the winner to confirm acceptance within a period of 30 days, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and another winner will be awarded the prize following a second draw.
9. The prize draw winner will be notified by TOPRA and the prize will be sent to them by post within 28 days of confirmation of the winner’s details. TOPRA does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage or non delivery of items.
10. TOPRA reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the prize draw without prior notice.
11. By entering into this prize draw, entrants agree that their name may be used as part of the prize draw announcement in TOPRA communications. Contact details will not to be sold or passed to third parties.
