TOPRA 2025-2030 strategy in development

Posted on 23 May 2024

As the leading membership body for healthcare regulatory affairs, our ambition is that TOPRA continues to be vibrant and relevant for our international community and the wider profession.

Our 2020-2025 strategic plan is now coming to end. Having been devised and championed by TOPRA’s Board, it was focused on driving our offering for TOPRA’s members and the wider regulatory affairs profession forwards. In delivering it, we have welcomed a wide range of exciting developments over the past few years. These include introducing:

Our 2025-2030 strategy is now in development and, as we get closer to our 50th anniversary in 2028, we want to ensure that we are laying sustainable foundations for the next fifty years and beyond.

It will be published in November 2024, and will be structured around the key thematic pillars familiar from our 2020-2025 strategic plan:

  • Community
  • Engagement and connectivity
  • Global reach and value
  • Nurturing innovation and science
  • Professional excellence
  • Sustainability and resilience

It is vital that our strategy reflects the views, needs and challenges of our valued members, and we therefore want to invite applications from our current membership to join the working parties assigned to each pillar that will define their objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future direction of your professional organisation and, to reflect our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, we want to encourage input from all areas of the profession to ensure that everyone is represented.

If you would like to be a part of this, please email us at execsupport@topra.org by close of play on Friday 7 June, stating the top three pillars of interest to you in order of preference, alongside a brief description of your background and experience.

There are only a limited number of spaces available, however we will do our best to accommodate as many members as possible who wish to be involved.
