The deadline to submit abstracts for the 2025 Symposium has now passed. For more information please contact james.smith@topra.org.
The TOPRA Symposium is Europe’s premier conference for healthcare regulatory affairs and explores the latest topics within the healthcare and regulatory industry. 2025’s event will take place in Berlin (Germany) between 29 September and 1 October and we are now calling for abstracts from regulatory and healthcare professionals to be considered for the programme.
The submitted session plans will be carefully reviewed by both TOPRA and the relevant working parties, which are made up of senior regulatory affairs professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including agency, industry, and consultancy. Please note it is at TOPRA’s and the working parties’ discretion to include submissions into the programme. Some submissions may also be combined with other submissions or incorporated as an individual presentation in another session.
If your submission is successful, your session will be incorporated into the programme. You will then work with the working party to plan the session, recruit speakers, and meet with them to coordinate their presentations. You will also chair or co-chair the session at the Symposium.
Submissions are open from 20 November 2024 to 24 January 2025. We will aim to reach out to candidates in late February/early March on the outcome of their submission.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the generosity of our volunteers to speak at our events, and therefore do not pay fees to session chairs or speakers. However, we do offer reimbursement for associated expenses (terms and conditions apply) to those with an active role in the event. You are also welcome to attend the whole day of your session’s programme for free (noting that other days of the Symposium are charged at a proportional rate).
Please note: your chosen topic and presentation must contain no commercial angle or be used to promote any services or products. We also request that only individual's submit.
If you would like any further information about speaking opportunities at the TOPRA Symposium, please email James Smith, TOPRA’s Regulatory Intelligence & Symposium Manager, at james.smith@topra.org.
