Signing up
- Download the CrowdComms app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

At the sign-up screen, use the event code toprasymposium2024 and use the email address you signed up for the Symposium with, and set-up a password. You will then be given the option of two-factor authentication.
- You will then have access to the Symposium event app.
- We recommend personalising your account, which can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top right corner and selecting “Edit Profile”.

Business cards
The event app offers delegates the opportunity to share virtual business cards with fellow colleagues and exhibitors. In order to utilise this feature:
- Head to the Business Cards tab on the app. You will be automatically enrolled into this feature, however you can disable at your discretion by going to the app settings and selecting “Change your privacy settings” and unselecting the “Available for business card exchanges” option.
- Your basic details (name, company and email address) will be on the business card, however you are welcome to add in additional details. You can also customise the look of the business card by clicking on the “Edit” button. Some details will need to be added by editing your profile, which can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top right corner and selecting “Edit Profile”.
- To exchange business cards, click on the “Scan” button, which will then open up your camera phone. Simply scan the QR code on the physical badge of the person you wish to exchange details with. The request will then appear in the pending requests section of your business cards.
- Once the QR code is scanned and the request accepted, their business card will be added to the “Your Contacts” section for future reference.
Programme & Presentations
The programme can be accessed on the
Agenda tab of the event app, which will provide an overview of the sessions at the Symposium. For details on a specific session, click on the session in the agenda, which will then provide a summary of the session (description, location and details of the panellists).
Presentations will be added in PDF format to this section once the session is completed for delegates to download. Please note, we may not have consent to share certain presentations, in which case these will be unavailable for download. The presentations will be available for three months after the event.
Delegate & Speaker list
Details on fellow Symposium attendees can be found on the Delegates tab in the app. You can search for attendees using the search bar located at the top of the delegate list. To find more information on a delegate, simply click on their profile. Once on their profile, there is also the option to send them a direct message by clicking on the Message button.
For information on the speakers, please head to the Speakers & Panellists section. To find more information on a speaker, simply click on their profile. Once on their profile, there is also the option to send them a direct message by clicking on the Message button.
Exhibitors
Details on our exhibitors at the conference can be found in the “Exhibitor” tab, which provides further details on the companies. You can also directly share your business card with an exhibitor by clicking the Leave your business card button.
Posters
Posters that are exhibited at the TOPRA Poster display, sponsored by RegFile, can also be found on the app in the Posters tab as PDF versions. Some submissions may also be accompanied by a video. Click on the poster you wish to view to see further details and enlarge the poster.
