Figen holds two Master’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs and In-silico Drug Development in addition to an MBA in France and Italy.

She has over 15 years of experience with an extensive experience in both small molecules and biologics from early to late stages of drug development and life-cycle management within EU, US and Turkey. She is also a well-recognized RA trainer, Expert Speaker and Career Mentor to the pharma industry since 2012.
