A celebratory drinks reception will be held from 6:00pm, followed by a formal Dinner and the Awards Ceremony, a cash bar will be available for those who wish to continue the celebration! We expect the evening to come to a close at around 11:00pm.

Option 1
Starter: Seared sea bass, lobster nage, seasonal vegetables & sea herbs
Main: Loin of venison, braised shoulder & blue cheese pie, celeriac gratin, savoy cabbage, glazed carrot, blackberry jus
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & salted caramel ice cream
Option 2 - Vegetarian
Starter: Twice baked Winchester gold souffle with quince jam & frisée salad (v)
Main: Jerusalem artichoke, spinach & Comté parcel with wild mushroom fricassée & lemon butter sauce (v)
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & salted caramel ice cream

Terms and conditions
By booking a place on the Awards Ceremony and Dinner, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Fees excludes accommodation and travel.
- Your place is secured only upon receipt of full payment.
- All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to an administration fee of £ 60 + VAT per head. After 4 November no refunds will be given.
