Sue trained as a pharmacist. After completing a PhD in neuropharmacology, she was as a research fellow at the University of London. She then worked for SmithKline Beecham prior to working for Eli Lilly for 26 years where she was responsible for all International registration aspects of Lilly’s medicines. Sue was also Managing Director of the Eli Lilly UK Research and Development site and contributed to trade association activities for many years. Sue now does a small amount of regulatory consultancy work and is a trustee of several charities.
